Hello, and welcome! Isn't it amazing - SIX HUNDRED challenges at the Paper Players! This talented and delightful group of stampers has been creating cards to inspire us through 600 weeks! Not sure how many years it is exactly. It is a lot.
Today Ann has chosen our theme of Kards for Kids for our CAS challenge.
I stamped this sweet girl from the Hello Bluebird stamp set onto watercolor card stock, colored her with Copics and then created a mask to place over her.
Stamping the sand in Wild Honey Distress Oxide inks gave a hint of a scene. I brushed watercolor in swaths for the sky and completed the card with a sentiment.
Loving all that white space! I sure hope you'll join us in this fun challenge. I can't wait to see what you make! Have a wonderful week!

What a cute card! Great job with the coloring too! Perfect for the kid challenge! Have a great week!
Wowie, this is adorable, but the sky blows me away. I would have guessed it's a stamp, but no... it's your own brush strokes. So perfect and didn't bleed under or through your mask. I just love this sweet card!
What a darling card! Love the bit of sky and sand you added!
Shes a sweetie!! What an adorable card for the challenge!
Cindy this little cutie is the perfectly CAS beach babe - I love the sand and sky detail, they are just the right amount of detail for your summer scene.

This is adorable, Cindy! Your sweet little girl makes me think of the art of Joan Walsh Anglund--my mom had a set of six prints that she'd decopaged onto wood pieces and they hung in her kitchen for years. Love how you colored your little girl image, especially her hair--I still need practice with that!
Such a sweet watercolored girl, and those swaths you created behind her are AMAZING! I would have made a big mess of it!
Such a sweet card, Cindy! This is sure to bring a smile to someone's day. As always, your coloring is gorgeous!
