Hello, and welcome to my blog again! Today I'm reminding you there's still time to play at The Flower Challenge where we encourage you to add a heart to your project. The samples in the gallery are inspiring! I never knew there were so many creative ways to add hearts!
I'm continuing to enjoy 3D embossing and ink sponging so I pulled out the Whimsy Motif folder from Altenew.
After embossing the bouquet and adding colors to the panel, I cut it apart and added a mat behind the design. I really like the way you can see the pattern continue on the main card panel. I added a small postage square, a die cut heart, and three metallic pearls.
There are still two weeks left of this challenge, here's a cheer! Come join us!
I so appreciate your visit today and I love seeing your comments.

These flowers are gorgeous!
Aside from it being so utterly gorgeous and beautifully colored, I love the way you cut the panel to separate yet continue it from the base. Really a nice design idea. My new embossing folders are waiting for me in the basket. So much to play with!
You used one of my favorite embossing folders Cindy, and the colors you used to color the bouquet are so beautiful. What a great design idea, I may have to borrow that some day in the future, it's such a clever way to add a mat and more color!
I'm with the others...really smart design with the panels! So lovely!
Thank you also for visiting and commenting on my blog, I really appreciate your time and sweet words!
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL card Cindy! I struggle to color on top of embossing (can't seem to stay in the lines!!), but you do it so beautifully! I love your design too how you cut it and added a panel before adding it back to the full panel so you see the leaves on the sides...soooooo pretty! Love the addition of that small heart too...a perfect finishing touch my friend!! Hugs. :0)
Beautiful job of coloring the embossed flowers, Cindy.
