Imagine that I'm inviting you into my cozy English Country kitchen to show you a few of my favorite things. Make yourself comfy with a cup of tea or coffee and feel right at home.
Then you'll get a sense of how I was feeling inspired as I made this card. My kitchen did used to have these colors that I love.
A few of my favorites are the yellow and blue combo, birds, tea cups, florals and geometrics.
I stamped the trellis background stamp (WPlus9 Tropic Fever) in Salty Ocean Distress Ink. The floral cluster was stamped to create a tone on tone background on the yellow panel. The images from Hello and Thanks (WPlus9) were colored with Copics and die cut and layered on a hexagon die cut.
This photo from The Card Concept inspired me to use the florals, blues and cottage theme in my clean and layered card.
I am also playing along at the Fusion Card Challenge, following the theme and the sketch.
and adding one more to Simons Says Stamp: Anything Goes.
I've enjoyed your visit! Thanks for spending time with me today, hope your day is wonderful.

I love these colors, too. Yellow and blue, together or apart, are favorites. Furthermore, you know I love this stamp set and it's all because of you that I ever saw it in the first place. Thank you! Your card does impart a cozy country kitchen feel, for sure, and it's so darn cute!
Cindy, your card is so delightful to see. Such a happy card, the blues and yellows together are so pretty. Love the little bird on the cup, and this card certainly gives you the comfy, cozy, country feeling! Love it!
