It's amazing how crafting takes twists and turns. My beginning idea of a simple card with an older stamp set evolved into a project using a variety of supplies and techniques. Here's my second card using Sketch Ranunculus from SSS.
Again, I embossed the large flowers in white and colored them with Zigs.
Playing along with the challenge below, I added an embossed woodgrain panel that gives a warm rustic look, and a banner sentiment as in the photo.

I'm also playing along with Laurie's Favorite Challenge at the Ink to Paper blog. Pink and Green with a hint of Violet are my current summer favorites.

Lovely, lovely card Cindy! Love your colors and all the texture and dimension on your card too! :0)
Your cluster of flower blooms is so pretty! Great color choices and card composition too. 😊
Ranunculus is the prettiest flower and certainly fun to color, which you did beautifully. I love this color combo and the mixed tones on the smaller flowers. Really lovely arranged on the decorative oval and wood grain. A touch of plaid paper seals the deal to make this card a little bit of everything I love!
This is so pretty! Thanks for playing at Inspired By!
