Autumn Leaves

We are enjoying cooler fall weather today and I thought I'd get a head start on making a card for Thanksgiving.

I pulled out the Autumn Leaves set from Wplu9 and after stamping the images in black, I sponged and blended shades of Distress Inks to fill in the color.

I arranged the die cut shapes and tucked them around and behind the panel. The sentiment was also die cut of gold foil and added to the panel with a trio of gold sequins. Adding the black twine bow finished off the focal point.

I'm playing along at CAS(E) this Sketch #240 today. That's it from me, hope you have a great day!

Some places are still so hot, but we're getting cooler weather here, too. I love what you've done with the sketch. Those leaves are beautiful, especially with the gold sentiment and sequins, and the black makes it all pop. Beautifully done, Cindy!
