There's a bit of a story to tell involving this card. I started out wanting to use glitter. Scratch that, after two tries and glitter everywhere I decided I didn't have a tape strong enough to keep the glitter in the negative space of the die cut. Trashed that sample.
Take two of the card was OK, and I'm happy to send it off to a child in the hospital but I knew I could create a better design.
So I did. Completed the third card. Sigh, I like when I am finally pleased and I brought the card to the kitchen so I could admire my work. I know we ALL do that sometimes!
Next thing I know, she did it again. Apparently the card fell off the counter and Josie, who considers ANYTHING on the floor as dinner - ATE it. Yep, she first had fun ripping it apart.
In case you've forgotten, Josie is our 7 year old beagle who we love dearly. Most of the time. Her nickname is the perpetual puppy.
I re-made said card and while I took photos Josie looked on and I took a picture of her for you.
Where is it you say? I don't know. Seems as if this morning I can't locate my camera, so redid the photos with my phone. Still looking for my camera - do you think Josie ate it?

I used Distress Inks for the background in Broken China, Tumbled Glass, Blueprint Sketch, and Wilted Violet, blending them and splattering with drops of water and white ink.
