Peaceful Season

It's Thanksgiving Eve and I just finished photographing this card at my dining room table nestled among my centerpiece. Where all is beginning to be set for a family gathering tomorrow.

I just couldn't resist putting a card together for Ann's pretty sketch at The Paper Players. I worked on it in snippets in between cooking and cleaning up, and all the other busy cozy holiday things. Also in time to wish my US friends a happy Thanksgiving!

Two vintage-y patterned papers from Scrapbook.com are paired with a sentiment and a buck from Nostalgic Christmas stamps and dies (SSS). I love the images of this set and look forward to using the tree and ornaments. It's brand new, so you know I'll be sharing it at the NBUS challenge where there are so many wonderful cards to inspire you!

Now I need to do a bit more cleaning up in the craft space. Love and holiday hugs to you!

Be yourself

         Have delight in your craft

               Make something beautiful!

Cindy, this card is absolutely beautiful! I love the vintage style paper. The buck is beautiful. and looks so regal with his glittery bow. Thank you so much for making my sketch look terrific and thank you for playing with The Paper Players this week. Happy Thanksgiving!

What a gorgeous card, Cindy! The buck is so handsome and is perfect with the vintage-style papers you used. Love both those paper designs too. I hope you had a very wonderful Thanksgiving and thank you so much for finding time to join us the week at the Paper Players!

Beautiful! I love that vintage look you've achieved with the gorgeous papers. The deer, with the red bow, really leads the eye to the sentiment - which I think is a fabulous one for any time of the year, not just Christmas! Thanks for joining in with us again at The Paper Players.

Your card is absolutely lovely with the combination of stamps and papers! It's charming and graceful and the sketch is a keeper. The peek at your Thanksgiving table is tantalizing. I know you must have had a beautiful day. Our gathering was small, but delightful. My son and I had an outdoor excursion with Sophie and Ridley yesterday, ran into another friend and his dogs. I'm grateful for all of it!
