Inchie Elements for Make It Monday

I had so much fun making a card using Inchies that I'm thinking I just can't wait to make another one! Can you make just one?

You can find a wonderful tutorial on the Make It Monday video by Lexi.

I wanted to use different stamps than Lexi did and thought about it all week. Then I pulled out the panel I had on my desk using blended inks (a first attempt for THIS card) and the light bulb went on in my head. Here's my card using the Salt Air: Fauna and Reef Builder stamps and dies.

I love the contrast of the stark white against the colorful inchies. For a few bits of sparkle, I added iridescent confetti stars.

It's a bit too hot here today, I am happy to be staying cool inside. Hope you are enjoying your day. Thanks so much for your visit and kind comments.

  2. So beautiful...just love those wonderful colors and your white images!

  3. wow! i love this so much - the beautiful inked colors, the contrast of the white die cuts, the layout. very cool card!! thanks for playing make it monday!

  4. Oh how clever to use the inchies plus the longer strip! Love the colors you used on this, so pretty!

  5. LOVE this card Cindy!! What a great idea to use just white images against your beautifully water colored inchies, and I love, love, LOVE the colors you used! Fun AND lovely card!! :0)

  6. These cards are a treat to make when you've got all the right stuff to put in those inchies, and you certainly had all the right stuff! Beach and underwater cards are very popular right now and definitely fun. Beautiful blended background you made with the blue and purple.

Your comments are such an encouragement! Thank you for taking time to write. I love hearing from you!
