Hi there, hope you're doing well! Welcome back again to my blog.
Playing is my theme for today. A few challenges inspired me to pull out some stamps to create just for the fun of it, breaking out the not-yet-used "Let's Play" stamps from Penny Black for today's card.
This cutie and her pup were colored using Copic markers and combined with the sentiment from Altenew and the sketch from Freshly Made .

Oh Cindy, we're so glad you played along with us with that darling Penny Black gal on her bicycle! I'm glad you went "beyond the Polaroid" and the dotty embossed background adds to the playfulness of your card! Thanks so much for linking up to FMS this week!
ReplyDeleteThat little girl is adorable and you colored her beautifully, Cindy. The polka dot embossing adds even more fun to your 'play'ful card. Thanks for sharing it with us at Just Us Girls.
ReplyDeleteOh, this is just the sweetest! I love that image! It all pairs perfectly with those giant polka dots in the background! Thanks for joining us this week at Freshly Made Sketches!
ReplyDeleteAwww, what a sweet pair they are! This is cute, Cindy. So happy to spot it in our Just Us Girls gallery!
ReplyDeleteThis is really sweet!
ReplyDeleteCindy! I just read your message on the DD Alumni forum and will go over there and reply. So good to hear from you. I’m like you, I stepped away and gave away a lot of supplies only to realize how much I missed the therapy. I can’t think of a better stamp to use than one from Penny Black to get started again! This adorable and so nicely crafted.
ReplyDeleteSuper-cute card. I also popped over from DD Alumni too. Great that you have started cardmaking again. Cardmaking has seen me through the ups and downs of life.
ReplyDeleteAdorable, Cindy! This is a perfect image for the challenge! Lots of play and movement here. I'm glad to see she's taking her little puppy companion along for the ride. Beautifully colored and designed!
